Its one club membership, if he's even a member. Who cares, its not like people are going to the club because MJ plays golf there. They have rules, he refuses to follow them so they did what they would do to anyone else.

I think it's a stupid fricking rule, but I guarantee you there is so much old, jewish money there, they give 2 shits if they lose Michael Jordan's green fees.
