(1) jeremy hill
(2) micheal ford
(3) blue (when healthy)
(4) spencer ware
Hilliard is last for me as i think he has gotten slower and goes down way too easy for his size

hill > blue > ware > ford > hilliard

ETA: and Ware gets the 3. spot because hands and blocking. He is a fantastic 3rd down back.

they all bring different things to the table. Ware is probably the worst ball carrier but the best blocker and receiving out of the back field.

It will be interesting to see who replaces Ware in the rotation next season.

(Yes, I'm assuming that he will declare. Heard he and Wing are probably heading to the NFL.)

Really? Ware does everything for this team. He's our second best inside runner, best blocking back, and best receiver of the bunch.

Has become an outside back, period. He's a role player at this point.

Leaving aside Alfred Blue, since he's injured and thus hard to compare...

1. Jeremy Hill
2a. Michael Ford
2b. Spencer Ware
4. Kenny Hilliard

Blue would most likely be #2. And honestly, right now, I think Hill's clearly the best of the bunch. Nothing against Ware or Ford, they've both put in hard work, but for whatever reason, Hill's been a more effective runner. I think the coaches' use of them has played a role in their relative ineffectiveness compared to Hill, since Ware is almost always going out for a pass or running right into the line and Ford is always running outside. Their use is too predictable.

Can't rank them. Hill is definitely the best one. The rest are different from one another but fairly equal. All are studs.

Every Down, Pass Protection, Power :
Ware / Hill / Hilliard
Opions and Speed around the corner:
Blue / Ford

Not any order it's all Situational. I'd say as of now, Ware in our most complete back.
