Who has ever liked the double jeopardy of playing in the SECCG? If LSU was in the same position, ie lose and end up with 2 losses, and finds itself out of a BCS game being supplanted by a team that squeeked by them due to the loss in the SECCG the fans would be in an uproar. The dude is only speaking the truth. It could happen to UGA and they beat UF in the Swamp, too.

@ tire biter, yes, we would, but we weren't the ones that got into the BCSNCG last year after NOT winning the Division, SABAN was.
How freakin difficult is it to see his hypocrisy??????

And NO, Georgia did not win in the Swamp. They play that game EVERY YEAR in Jacksonville. Hello?

no, he's being an inconsistent whiner.

Muschamp's point is the correct one: you get to play for the SEC Championship, dillweed!. If that means you risk a stupid BCS bowl slot, so be it. Should be well worth the risk.

LSU had 1 regular season loss in 2005, lost to UGA and ended up in the Chick fil a bowl. Of course there was 1 less game, but it happens.

You mean like last year? When LSU took care of businees and finished with the best record in college football?
