He said I can lance it if I want, but he'd rather I not do it because the entire thing is not a puss ball. He said it's a small amount of puss with a tremendous amount of inflamed tissue around it, and chances are I'll have to poke her 6 or 7 times to find the puss. The reason it doesn't look like a typical snake bite (the only reason I had doubts) was that it was likely an extremely small snake or a big snake that didn't give her a full load. He said it was just enough venom to cause bad swelling, but not enough to cause widespread swelling. He also said the bite probably never made it to any muscle, and the venom stayed confined in all her extra skin causing the puss ball rather than a bunch of muscular swelling like you usually get.
