Most people are scared. Should I chunk the bones?

Hell no man. Make a stock, especially if it was a smoked turkey.

That's what you do with the bones. Why would anyone be scared?

Why are people scared? What don't I know?

Cook all the bones and make great stock. Strain the stock several times to get rid of "extra"" items left over. Do not throw away ten carcus.

This! A carcass from a smoked turkey makes one of the best stocks known to man, beast, and Rosie O'Donnel.

That was the first thing I did when I got home. Got a whole gallon of stock now in the freezer

Why did you have to throw in the last one? I am now nauseous to my soul with the imagery evoked.

I started mine at 6:30 this morning. I'm not sure if I'm going to make a gumbo or just a turkey and vegetable soup.
