You hunt out past lost lake? That area was stacked with ducks yesterday. Could have killed a limit of pintails grays and canvasbacks while fishing yesterday. Also saw a dozen geese flying by.

Yep, lost lake is southern border. I have more off fiddlers and Junop. Been pretty good so far. Funny the freshwater stuff we have up north doesn't have dick on it, everything is in saltwater marsh.

You don't happen to have a connection for leases in that area by any chance? I want one around lost lake pretty bad.

Only thing I know they had available was SW corner of Mechant. The stuff around us has been in the same hands for 7-8 years. I know the guys, but I'm not posting their names in TD.

Yea but I don't know who to talk to within the corporation. I think they were bought out by conoco phillips. There used to be a place in Houma to go and talk to someone but I'm not sure if there still is?

There's birds south and west of jug lake. Saw 7 pintails heading from lost lake east towards jug lake. Theres probably some birds there but the closer to atchafalaya basin the better.

After you cross lake decade, make the u-turn by jug lake and take your first left. We're towards the end of superior canal.

We limited out this morning with 150. Took some other people out and caught 88. Left the fish biting because it was getting dark. Looking to do the same tomorrow
