I don't know about the product you linked to, but this can "fry" a turkey like nobody's business. That electric one looks pretty small. Would need a little bird.

My dad has one of those greaseless fryers and he loves it. Cooks all kinda stuff on it too.
My mother and stepfather had the OP's fryer and not only had to be a small bird, they said it didnt heat the grease back up quick enough after you drop the bird in, for their liking.

How many minutes/pound do yall cook turkeys in the propane version? I do 3.20 in oil. Just comparing. Might be the way to go with the price of cooking oil these days.
