That's fine to say "he won no hardware" while at Arkansas. The statement, "Arkansas couldn't hang with the big dogs" is absolutely false.
Petrino went 2-2 against LSU, 3-1 against Auburn, 1-1 against UGA, 3-1 against South Carolina, and 0-4 against Alabama. Those teams were the highest ranking SEC teams during Petrino's tenure.
