The cheating stuff happened pre-marriage, after they got married she didn't like the trash house they were living in so she asked corey to go buy a trailer, corey didn't want to jump into buying a house and instead was wanting/needing to buy a new truck...she used that as an excuse to move out with the kids because she felt the house was too unsafe

ok so was the house really that bad? It looks like the front porch she was sitting on a minute wasn't that nice of a place either.
