Mullens underwent a precautionary X-ray on his sore ankle after the Bobcats' win Wednesday, the Charlotte Observer reports. The X-rays came back negative, and with this being the first mention we've heard of an ankle issue, it's likely not a big concern.

Spin: Mullens had a monstrous 12-point, 15-rebound, 4-block game Wednesday. Most importantly, he played 34 minutes, so we're not worried about the ankle at this time.
