People say hunting on fenced property is "cheating"; what about those who hunt on tracts of land that are naturally fenced? Lands edged with rivers, interstates, population centers, etc.? How is that any different- both limit the distance the animal can travel.

Also, who here actually goes out and tracks their quarry? The hunters I know sit in deer stands all day waiting for the deer to come to them. The food plots that have been set out for months prior . . . are all these not forms of "cheating" as well?

Again, I don't hunt so high fenced or no fence makes no difference to me.

animals are not introduced to that area with no chance to escape

are not barriers to animals especially deer. they can swim and cross the road.

That's a good point.

You have to draw the line somewhere between fighting the deer butt arse naked with bare hands and shooting one that somebody tied to a tree.
