Dorothy. We will be at marydale at some point, but this time we will be at the zoo for overnight camping. They specifically said no air mattresses. I'm also about to order a tent, bc I think our kids are spoiled with our camper we also plan on taking the troop for some overnighters at the state campground.

Yeah, you're SOL at the zoo...that's the floor of the education building.

Will they let you bring one of those rolled up foam mattress pads? There are even some thin air mattresses which are self-inflating. It might be better than nothing.

Or you could just bring an extra sleeping bag, as thick as you can find, and sleep on top of that.

twin size 4 inch foam topper from Sams is probably your best bet
