More detailed synopsis on tonight's episode.

quote:

Episode 6
"Phil" is really named "Neal," but goes by his last name, "Cartulio." (I don't know, some ethnic name I can't spell). Cartulio's kind of a whimp, but figures out Michonne's cryptogram ("Go" spelled with limbs, and a chopped-up zombie back = "Go Back"). Merle's search party doesn't head the warning and is immediately cut in half, down to two members within the opening minutes of the episode.

Rick begs the woman on the phone for help but she hangs up. He checks on Carl and the group and then heads back to the phone to take some more calls. Next up is a man who asks Rick how many people he's killed. Four. He asks Rick how he lost his wife. Rick doesn't want to talk about it and the man hangs up. Any of these voices sounding familiar yet?

Meanwhile at Woodbury, let's get the whole story out of the way right here: Andrea wants to contribute to the community, has a little too much fun jumping over the wall to kill a walker up close and personal and pisses off Crossbow Girl who was training her for wall/look-out duty. The Governor is turned on by Andrea's love for the fight, they flirt for a couple scenes and wind up having sex. Merle eventually interrupts them much later in the episode to give his report on his excursion.

Herschel hobbles all the way over to Rick. He talks about his phantom limb, and Rick talks about his phantom phone calls. Herschel doesn't look like he's buying it, but plays along for now.

Michonne gets covered in guts like the other spoilers say. Cartulio finally mans up and saves Merle during their confrontation with Michonne and a pack of zombies.

Daryl is off securing a wing of the prison with Oscar and Carl. In the distance, it sounds like a zombie is messing with a squeaking door, repeatedly trying to force it open to no avail. Daryl will deal with it later. Daryl and Carl share stories about losing their moms young. Carl confirms he shot his mom in this scene. If only I had been paying attention.

Cartulio is feeling cavalier now, but Merle wants to give up the chase and lie to The Gov. Cartulio says they can't lie to The Gov, so Merle shoots him squarely in the head, saving me from having to attempt to spell the guy's name anymore.

Another phone call for Rick. I think it's Lori on the phone this time, but I'm not going to commit 100% to that.

Michonne watches Maggie and Glenn scavenge for baby formula, toys and food. Merle shows up with his gun drawn, but sets it down to talk. Merle wants to go see his brother, but Glenn says no, you wait here and we'll bring Daryl to you. Merle pulls out a second, hidden gun and takes Maggie hostage, demanding Glenn drive them to Woodbury. Michonne picks up the supplies and makes her way towards the prison.

Daryl finds a zombie with Carol's knife in its neck. He examines the angle of the knife attack. Not looking good.

O.K. It turns out that Rick has been talking to Amy, Jim, and now Lori on the phone. Rick pours out his feelings for Lori. Lori tells him to man up and protect his group. Rick shuts out the voices and hangs up. He returns to the group and holds the baby. Daryl, obsessing over the knife, finally goes to take care of that swinging door... but guess who's inside? Michonne arrives at the prison.

Next episode: been hinting at it for a while, but... things get really bad for Maggie and Glenn. They will not get the same welcome party that Andrea and Michonne got.

Seriously, they need to leave at least one semi-functional relationship going for a while at least.

Looks like Carol is a zombie now ....I wonder if we are going to get a flashback of her getting bit since they usually show the main characters die on screen?

Maggie gonna get raped.

And this. Glenn might get killed too
