What's everyone cooking Saturday? Need ideas.

This football season I've done chicken & sausage gumbo twice. Potato soup, shrimp & corn chowder, brown jambalaya and chili. I'm running out of ideas for the biggest gameday of the year.
Red beans is on the short list but I'm having trouble thinking of other options.
What is everyone cooking or do you have any ideas?

Out of elephant. I used it to cook my chili last weekend during the bye week!

If my venison is done at the processor, grilled fat assed burgers. If not, grilled backstrap with a cane syrup glaze. Home cut fries with burgers, roasted mixed veggies with backstrap.

Check daily threads. This question has been asked 2 or 3 times per day since last Saturday.

I was coming here to ask this very thing...I'm leaning towards gumbo, but I sure wish it was going to be a little colder...

Last week of October. Boiling some brats in beer. Crisping them on the grill. Spicy mustard. Kraut. Pretzels. Good darkish beer. Drinking is the dominate theme.

That's what I'm talking about!
I may have just changed my plans...

You can never go wrong with a spicy shrimp creole and some garlic french bread. One of my favorites.

Get one of those 30$ fryers from academy and fry some chicken and onion rings. I usually hate fried foods but we made some the other day and it was a nice change. You can also cook for a crowd fairly inexpensively.
Other suggestions-crawfish etoufee or stew, chicken spaghetti....hi nabor and ralphs have baby backs for under 3$/lb this week. Also could buy a 3.25lb box of manda sausage for 6.99$ and make a big pot of Red beans with some cornbread.
Can you tell I've been thinking about food alot this week?
Albertsons also has their salmon for 4.99$/lb. You could grill and make a big sensation salad to go with it.
