Extra week - Don't know if it helped them any differently. Knows Bama and Bama knows them. Need to play best. DOn't know of game plan changes much at all. Open week gives fresh legs.

Josh - says MIles more active in game cause Stud in press box. Miles: Stud talks to each o-line from the box. MIles gets a burr under is saddle for specific instances to see what happened with this technique or that technique.

Red Zone - NOt as successful running football there. Still have opporutnityto throw there but looking forward to running there.
