That is a bad arse picture but the only problem I have is that there is no blood on that arrow at all.

Would there not be shiny blood somewhere? I am not ruling this out as legit but there are several questionable things it seems.

I had those same questions as well.

Lot of questionable things about this photo. Secondly, why is the deer not dead already?

Not expandable, clearly.

To high & I don't see any blood

Just a thought.
That arrow had to pass through more meat and other tissues on exit than it would in a true double lunger. That may have done a wipe on the arrow and decreased the amount of blood one would normally see. Not all of my kills have had a red painted arrow. Or not.

The angle of the arrow from the angle of the shooter doesn't sit well with me either.

I do not beleive the picture.
Where is his weapon? I cant see it..
I know for a a fact that the arrow is moving so fast, you are still in a shooting position by the time the arrow is going through a deer and the deer is just taking off.
The guy in the backgroud isnt holding a weapon, doesnt look to have just fired a weapon, etc...
i dont like the picture any more.

guy on right has a bow but the angle of his bow and the arrow in the deer and the deer is way to left his bow angled more to right, the whole thing is horse fricking doe shite. Fixed blade.. that deer should be dreaming.

My take
Shooter is guy on rt. Holding bow in post shot position, left -handed.
Arrow looks a touch high but at severe quarter would be good exit, just a tad high. (Doe "Jumped string")
Usually don't have blood till back half of arrow or so. As much meat as this arrow passed through probably cleaned front half off.
Broadhead is a 3 blade fixed. Arrow is stopped, no further pentetration. Will probably break off , come out in a couple bounds. Doe looks like she has just finished death kick and is about to seriously cover some ground, for the next 50-100 yards that is. Angle looks like over the heart, single lung opposite side with a chance of catching front of this side lung.
Mortality odds....... 75%

ive always called it the kangaroo kick..dont know why either..called it that since i started hunting..
picture looks legit to me..shooter is on the right, like someone said earlier a left handed bow hunter..looks as if the bow is almost in a relaxed position and the hunter is more so looking to see where the deer is running to..
