May as well change the colors to maroon and to read BAMA. Heck, why not...

I don't know if this is serious or sarcasm, but it is hilarious either way.

A victory for censorship advocates everywhere. Its BS. Show them as they are or don't show them at all. Censoring them is garbage.

I agree, if it was a pack of ****s with raingows painted over their cocks and LSU erased that from the photo the University would have a lawsuit against them right now.Everyone would run to the queers rescue.

This country is a fricking joke.

If these guys had Arab moons painted on themselves, would you feel the same way?

They would probably erase any cocks from a picture, regardless of the sexual preference of the owner, due to the likelihood that a child may see it.

Most normal people don't care. Most would never notice.

Goddamn fact. Look it up your own self (wink). It's in the Good Book.

Actually, I do think it's bs (getting rid of the crosses).

Those guys apparently are all about two things, and two things only.....LSU football, and Jesus Christ.

BTW, I happen to be a pretty big fan of both of those myself.

No need to get rid of the crosses. Serves no purpose other than allowing some academic pinhead to say stuff like "we just don't advocate that here".

That's probably the only 12 -15 people in that entire stadium that aren't drunk, and don't "motherfrick" every fumble.

Those kids are taking a stand. If you're going to use their image, use their entire image - not just the parts that serve you're purpose.

LSU is using the image of those students in a promotion for Geaux-Mail. A good lawyer could sue for the censorship of their image along with using their image for an advertising campaign without paying them.

This is true. I was approached by 2 different lawyers saying they would easily represent us if we had chosen to do so. Many think we would have had an easy case. Do we want to make a mockery of the AD though? NO!

I think it would make you pretty terrible fans if you sued them.

Like one of the first guys said, if you are going to use the photo, leave it as is or don't use it at all. It's freedom of religion, not freedom from religion. If they would have shown Bhuddist in LSU garb or any other religion, I wouldn't care. It's the fact that liberals and the nation as a whole for that matter have taken the notion that it's shameful to be or appear to be associated with anything Christian. That is disheartining. To whoever made this decision, go jump in a septic tank. Catholic and proud of it.

I've seen pictures of those guys several times and didn't notice a cross. Ironically, no one would have ever noticed had the school not removed them.

Thanks for the support good sir! And to the TigerBait guy....for the third and last time. We didn't make a big deal of it. The media approached us...every single time.

No kidding...it would look terrible as fans and as Christians, which are our two main reasons for being the Painted Posse...

Wasn't even what we wanted. We didn't need the GeauxMail for people to think highly of us or to get more publicity. But because it happened we used it as an opportunity to share our faith and our spirit!

We didn't even bring it up. The media did...
