I read in an article this morning that Manning will be in Baton Rouge this weekend.

Manning is likely to make an announcement in the next two and, barring a surprise, it will be to either the Horned Frogs or the Aggies. LSU could make a push into the conversation this weekend on his official visit but it is an uphill battle.

I read in an article this morning that Manning will be in Baton Rouge this weekend.
per ESPN on Monday:
"Kimball High School will celebrate homecoming next week, and the 6-foot-2, 275-pound four-star tackle is in the running for the school's homecoming king. Because of that, Manning said he will not be able to make his scheduled official visit to LSU this weekend. Manning, however, does have alternative plans on Saturday, as he said he will attend the annual Red River Rivalry pitting Texas and Oklahoma.
“[The LSU visit] is the same day as our homecoming dance,” Manning said. “The [Texas-OU] game is at 11 [a.m.], and my dance is at 8 [p.m.]. I’ll be able to do both.”
