Have you read any of the report? All of those guys personally took EPO, transfusions, and cortisone pills with Lance in the same room together. Lance also personally supplied EPO to Big George. The testimony is overwhemling,

It's also clear that Ferrari had a solid system for beating the weak EPO tests that existed at the time. There was no out of competition testing and they would sleep in altitude tents during the races to mask the EPO use

so why drop the case after spending millions of taxpayer dollars given your track record of securing prior high profile convictions of flojo and bonds?

look of course he doped as did everyone else.

he wasn't caught. period.

stupid to go back now and try to penalize one person out of a freaking ocean of cheating cyclists.

how is this different than any other sport? everyone cheats. its how you win.
