Anyone else excited about the potential High energy in Tiger Stadium this weekend? We finally get a quality opponent at home this year, and although I don't think the team is where it needs to be right now, I do think the home crowd will help the team more than anyone really expects!

If the offense gives us something to cheer about, it will be electric.

This. +10000. If the offense sputters, the crowd will still be up for the defense for a while but much like the defense, the crowd will grow weary and will lose heart if they see more of the same pitiful offensive effort. But I see T.S. being a tender box, if the offense can light them up with just one sustained drive or just one big play the place could ignite and wonderful things could happen. But someone's gotta light the match!

yeah....I'm a bit worried if they look bad on offense early the crowd will lose patience pretty quickly

I can't wait. It's going to be my wife's first sec game. Hopefully she finally gets to see the Death Valley that she has heard about from me! The only other game she has ever been to was the Arizona

I'm sure you'll hear the boo birds after a couple of unsuccessful drives.... Of course they'll defend their actions by saying we are booing the coach....

Same shite different day....

I agree, but if the offense comes out and sputters and looks as if they have made no changes to what they have been trying to do, the crowd will "flip" on Miles an co. and the "boo birds" will be out early.

It will have been 704 days between the last "big" game at Tiger Stadium on a Saturday, which was vs Alabama in 2010. Amazing that it has been that long. The place will be rocking.

Seriously, do I have to specify that "big" means a match-up between Top 10 teams? And yes, Arkansas was "big" last year, but it was Friday.

Don't question. As a fan, just go do what we do good in TS and enjoy the game.
Hey, our D blamed "fatigue" for their let down in the 2nd half against Florida. Not once did they blame our O.
