They all (rightfully so) think I'm crazy. I'm toying with doing a whole pig one day but that requires so much more care and oversight, besides the fact some a-hole still has my cajun microwave.
I would basically have to take off a day and just cook it for them all day and something tells me the wife wouldn't be too kean on me using my pto that way.
