Do they honestly think that the students would't come up with something new? If they just did a TV delay and let the students do this there wouldn't be a problem

The Band should go on strike and refuse to play anything, including pregame, if they aren't allowed to play Neck, Tiger Rag, etc. The administration would ease up pretty quick.
