So which running back to you want to take carries from to give to Shep? I'd have to say that Shep is probably behind Ware, Hilliard, Ford, and maybe even Hill (haven't seen enough yet). Don't know why you want to exchange carries from those guys in favor of carries for Shep.
Shep should be getting at least 5 touches a game in the running game.
