Hope this is correct...
But if anyone thinks, as this guy suggests, that the only problem with our Tigers is emotional readiness....then they don't know what they are talking about.

I graduated with two degrees from LSU. I am not a side walk alum like a good bit of the posters on the rant.

Just don't like the way this team is playing, the penalities, the transition with the offensive line, the fumbles. Just looks sloppy on the offensive side of the ball. Defensively we are pretty solid. We shouldn't have these issues with this team especially approaching midseason. Also we are lacking a big time game changer like TM7 or PP>.

not giving up. I have a strange feeling that ole leslie is about to pull the rabbit out of the hat on this one. I think the mad hatter will finally show up for this game.

this is "We are back game for Florida" Florida will blitz met on every play. This year is the year it will finally catch up with ole leslie. This won't be like 2008 but somewhat close.

Well then i will be big enough and apologize for the trashing earlier. I sure hope you are right. I to and nervous and upset with the mistakes, but general venom that i have heard lately regarding this team is somewhat alarming. And congrats on the degrees I was a student once but unfortunately i couldn't get my head out of my arse enough to take the opportunity seriously and actually attend most of my classes. Alas everyone is a genius in Hindsight...

That's what is so frustrating about this team, they have so much talent and so much depth and the result on the field is clearly not indicative of that
Clearly, their best performance of the season was against UW. A similar performance would lead to a spanking of just about any SEC team not named 'Bama. For some reason, they've digressed a bit since that game. Just need to refocus. The Tigers are still physically better than the gators.

100% agree that is why I am hopeful still. This team has already showed this year it is capable. I'm hoping that finally comes to fruition this game and dear (insert preferred deity here) holds for the rest of the season.

was Chris Faulk hurt before or after the UDub game? I forget.
Posted on 10/4/12 at 1:02 pm to clamdip
nevermind, found it. Faulk was hurt in practice the week after the opener against North Texas.

I realize that you're right. I was making a point about people caring too much about predictions when these people know as much about the outcome as we do.

LSU hasn't looked great yet because they haven't needed to. If we've learned anything about a Les Miles coached team over the years, it's that they play down to the level of competition in the easy games. But when it comes to big games under the national spotlight, they always rise to the occasion. Muschamp gets a wake up call on Saturday in The Swamp.
