The final challenge was very poorly designed. All of the 4-person teams were at a huge disadvantage. THey got less time to sleep, they had to wait on their weakest link to finish the race, and they had to split the money with far more teammates.
The only advantage the four person teams had was a) the sand castle challenge, which was a fairly trivial part of the contest and b) more minds to work on the puzzles. That is barely any advantage. Very poorly thought out by the producers.
I do wonder if Frank continues to go the Challenge route or if he gets a real job. He is one of the most educated cast members in the history of the Real World so he can probably get a real job, but I bet he wants to be a D-list star so we will continue to see him on these challenges for a while.

I cant see anyone hiring him after an interview or keeping him after him being employed for any length of time. Dude is abrasive and obnoxious
