Thing is, I don't think Stanford's DL has either the speed or the depth to consistently do that.

I remember Tennessee looked good against Oregon two years ago in the first quarter. Then just ran out of gas. No depth. I would be very surprised if Stanford had more depth on DL than Oregon has on OL.

I know we were missing our senior center, and our LT played so bad he's probably going to lose his job to a redshirt freshman, but they looked awfully good against us.

If Stanford's DL was not that good, and our O-line was just that bad (in other words, not fixable) we'll lose 5 games this season instead of the two I thought we'd lose (Stanford, check. Utah ___)
