The two best teams should play.

If it was USC and Oregon, so be it.

As long as they were clearly the two best teams. Why punish a team just because they happen to be in the same conference as the other best team? That's not fair.

I want to see the two best teams. That was clearly LSU and Bama in 2011. The voters were right.

Clearly? It was the closest margin of difference in BCS history!

Last year's BCS Championship game proved how broken the system had become. Playoffs between 4 teams will be a little better, playoffs between 8 teams would be a lot better.

Bama and LSU were clearly the two best teams in CFB in 2011. IDGAF how close the polls or computers were.

Bama was clearly better than LSU. Except that Bama lost to LSU earlier in the season. Bama was clearly better than Oklahoma State, except for the fact that they never played each other. The BCS Championship from last year proved only that if you lose to a team once, you can game plan for that team better, and beat them the next time. Nothing more.

Bama and LSU were by far the best 2 teams and should have played again. It's over. Better team won on 1-9. Should have played a tie breaker a week later

Florida St. will be the new media darling. We will now hear that they can defeat an SEC team b/c they have a defense...blah blah blah.

All those teams will lose and it will be another rematch of LSU and Bama.

Every single year that there aren't two undefeated teams, then it's a tossup. Anything can happen. If you get in, you're thankful. Bama should be thankful for 2011. LSU should be thankful for 2003 and 2007.

If you lose at all and you don't get in, you have no right to complain. Bama wouldn't have been screwed if we hadn't got in. We would have no right to complain, because we lost. Okie State has no right to complain, because they lost.

What's funny is they don't complain so much as the LSU fans do. I've never seen a fanbase bitch so much about who they have to play to win a National Title. It really is absolutely pathetic.

Only one team in BCS history has ever been screwed - and that was Auburn in 2004.

They are the only single one.

Didn't 2009 have 5 undefeated teams? I'm pretty sure the media didn't pick any media darlings that time either. Amiright?

What you're scared of is the thought that a team that's worse than Alabama might play LSU for the championship when ya'll lose to us again in regular season

Are you trying to make a point?

LSU fan doesn't want Bama in BCSNC, but LSU coach disagrees and votes Bama in

Bama fan wants Bama in BCSNC, Bama coach agrees

Yes, because using Les Miles' actions as any measurement of logic is a fantastic fricking idea.

Les Miles is very sincere in his efforts. He affects the ocean.
