My issues with high fenced hunting are more to do with the impact of the surrounding area than the morality of managing a herd.
That beind said those are some nice deer.

Fine deer. What the hell is that on the feeder in the last 4 pics?

BTW, did y'all buy any breeder bucks, or are those native bucks? If they are native, that's some impressive genes!
All native

But I just couldn't be proud to kill one of those bucks knowing that it was essentially "trapped" on my land
Don't worry, you wont get a chance

Looked like a house cat to me, thats why I asked
My buddy has a high fense, with breeders he bought. He did the cull thing then it got weird looking for tags on them. Ive only been invited a couple of times but you better believe I would go back if invited and prob will. I wouldnt spend the money he does, but if your dad chooses to, I dont blame you for enjoying it.

They've got a deer farm in Youngsville right off the highway with a huge buck like that. I'm thinking about going shoot him one day also.
You wont be shooting that buck off the highway he died about 2 months ago. They only have like 6 White tail left there its one of my good buddies places.

I have his sheds from last year if you wanna buy them.

You still have a shite load of coons. You need someone with a good coon dog. They'd probably mop up out there.

And no, I don't want his sheds.

awesome bucks, i know the amount of work it takes to manage a high fenced place properly. sometimes it must be done to keep the ahole neighbors from killing all the deer.
i am fortunate now because i am part of a 6000acre property in west tex that is strictly managed and protein fed. the property is thicket surrounded by pasture so its just like high fence, the deer wont leave thicket to go out in a pasture.
you might want to try some coon traps....google search "duke coon trap". these things are awesome. put a couple around each feeder. they cost about 12.99 each on ebay.

Some of low fence kills for the haters
15 pt I shot 2 years ago
A buddy of mine killed this 159"
The random aoudad
I shot the drop tine and a cousin shot the smaller one on the same morning hunt from the same stand
Bonus pics of what a .300 does to a bobcat and the biggest snake we have killed out there to date.

Escaped from game farm? Don't know how that works, if it escaped do you have to notify the place it came from.
And that cat looks happy

Nope, if they get out they are fair game.

My best friends family had cattle on the river levee when I was a kid, we had access back there whenever we wanted, used to camp, fish in the borrow pits and hunt all the time there.
