Dragon Garden on Belle Terre is open for business
I almost came on myself yesterday when I passed it. They were running on a generator and it was about 300 degrees in there. It was awesome to have hot food.

The people who own it are my neighbors. As people were being rescues, I swam over there to tell them. They told me, "no, we're gonna stay". I was like "huh? There's water in your house". He said "we ok"..... Next thing I know theyre at the resturaunts making $$$. I asked him how they got out, he tells me they drove their SUV through 3 ft of water to go open the restaraunt.

The most common places I've seen open from Slidell to Houma have been Asian places. They making that $$$. i bet the massage parlors on Chef are making bank off the disaster workers.

I've enjoyed a meal or two there. Glad to see they're alive and well.
