I fricked that up, she has a video statement under oath on this for exact details. But red wolves have always been in Mississippi though rare. Grey have not. They are endanged but being re-introduced now as part of federal program. I know they have a little pcak on Horn island.

No, there are no gray wolves in Mississippi, nor have there been in the past century. Reports of red wolves, a smaller less dangerous wolf, have been made throughout Mississippi though the species is reported to have died out in the 1970's. Red wolf coyote hybrids are the closest things to an actual wolf in Mississippi unless illedged sightings of red wolves are true.
Not to long along a picture was in the Sun Herald, someone shot the wolf and had a picture on the front page, not sure of the breed, but it was huge!

Ok guys, I'll admit I'm very much in the dark because I can't access YouTube at work, but can someone give me the "Cliff's Notes" version of what's going on here? I've read all the posts, but all I can figure out is there was some sort of unexplained sighting of something (possibly an animal) in MS. In addition, what's a "Berwick thing".
