USADA doesn't have the power to subpoena other athletes to testify against him. they're abusing their power because they know some cyclists were required to testify as part of the government's case against lance...which incidently was dropped.

usada is way out of control on this one. its funny travis tygart is critcizing a 'win at all costs' mentality with regards to cycling considering how he's run a vendatta against lance on this.

his last tdf win was 7 years ago WHO THE frick CARES NOW? there's nothing in the top 10 finishers but convicted drug cheats in those years.

let's give it to another cheat who WAS convicted of doping.
