Kleinpeter is totally clueless and not credible on this story and at all for that matter, kind of feel sorry for the poor little guy

LOL! Dude has been at the top of his game for over 30 years and is very respected around the country as a writer.
This isn't some little Buddy Songy pretend media guy. JK has covered every major sporting event known to man.

He got this wrong, but I can be pretty positive it wasn't just because he made some shite up to "help" himself. He got bad info.

You all go on believing that you are going to get a clear and defined answers from LSU or anyone else about this matter. It isn't happening and I'm enjoying watching everyone lose their shite because they think they deserve the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

I don't believe he got this wrong...you are correct...very respected. LSU is playing games...and it started with the Senior Official from compliance....and their retraction. I assure you, that guy wasn't just making up shite either. Some of you guys...

I'm with you VC...I believe both you and Red are somewhat "in the know."

But this whole thing is pretty confusing to most of us. (especially given the wild/contradictory reports in the media)

Can you explain what the hell is going on right now with the meeting/no meeting...Who is getting played? Is LSU just trying to basically say nothing? If so, why even come out and deny the meeting?

People want black-and-white, true-or-false, did it happen or not. They can't live with the grays of uncertainty.

People therefore resort to attacking and demonizing those they hold responsible.

This is just about football, after all, and the little matter of a young man's future. Just chill the frick out and let it happen. There's nothing anyone on this board can do about it.

Well if Mathieu winds up at McNeese or NSU, then he was dead wrong with his "permanently ineligible" line. A player who is ruled ineligible by his school can't transfer to another NCAA member institution without sitting out a year, regardless of classification(FBS, FCS, D2, D3).

It's why Ray Ray Armstrong wound up at NAIA Faulkner instead of anywhere else.
