A few thoughts

-If anyone was ever an agent of BR (Blood Raven/Bryden Rivers), the red eyed white haired dwarf is one of them. I know it's a long shot, but I want her to come back as a guide to Sam in the Citadel. Additionally I would like to note that the woman shares similar features to BR, red eyes, white hair, and very old, perhaps the old woman is living beneath a tree of her own, maybe the one at Raventree Hall?

-The point she makes about Summerhall is very interesting. Some people have theorized that BR was warging Aegon V during that time or at the very least was involved with Aemon who was surely corresponding with his beloved brother. We know that BR had experience with dragon eggs, via the Dunk and Egg stories, and that given his reputation as some sort of wizard, it would be no stretch to presume that he had experimented with them.

-Getting on to the point about Arya, I feel it's necessary to first examine the prophecy of Balon's death to be a foreshadowing of Arya's path. Further on that note, Arya had already played the part of a servant to escape Harrenhall, and killed a guard to do it. When the old woman mentions gorging on grief and Arya's Dark Heart. To me this reflects Arya's loss of innocence and her path towards becoming a FM. However, it also indicates that, if the griefs of Summerhall and Arya Stark are comparable, she herself might be involved in such a tragedy. This may have been the Red Wedding, but I believe it to be something else, something darker, perhaps related to the work that the FM in the Citadel is doing.
