Dany was Rhaegar's sister, and since Rhaegar was never crowned as king, his offspring do not supersede his siblings.
Also, that is assuming that Aegon is actually Rhaegar's child and not a Blackfyre.
If he is a Blackfyre, it should then be:
Dany
Jon
Aegon

He was the crowned prince and 1st in line so Aegon & Jon would be ahead of Dany. Hell, in the introduction to ADWD the book is described as having a character that could undo Dany's claim forever.
