How far back do we know that Starks have the ability to warg? Didn't mean to imply that the reason Targs can control dragons is from the Stark's ability to warg passing to Targs. More meant to say that the Starks got it from Targs. There were how many years of Targ control of Westeros before aGoT starts?

I want to say that from aegon to aerys the targs reigned for around 300 years.
