You would have to think Benson hired Freeh to clear the team's name so there's really only one way a public report would go. It is definitely leverage against Goodell.

The Freeh Report on Penn St was brutal.
We all want to believe that the pay for injury scheme never happened but we don't know for certain. I've got a lot of confidence in Freeh to document what really happened.
