The WR battle is the most interesting. I'm curious to see if Saints cut a veteran for a younger guy. Like cut Henderson so Morgan can take his spot.

Morgan looked great last year. I'm not impressed with him at all so far this year. I've noticed him getting thrown around on his routes too.

Will the Saints cut such a high pick in Toon before he ever got the ability to show something?

Arrington needs to be cut. Seriously. This dude is the ultimate practice warrior who never shows ANYTHING on the field. And you tap him and his vag bleeds. Injury prone. It's time to move on from him.

Tanner is the most consistent, so he might get a spot.

Roby is the ultimate preseason warrior. Always looks good in preseason, never sees any meaningful snaps during the season outside ST. He'll probably get a spot.

That's a big jam to deal with...

I am in the minority here, but I agree with this. This seems like such a tough call. 2 guys we've yet to see; Toon and Arrington, Roby coming up huge, Morgan up and down (yet with so much potential), Tanner playing his arse off... This is some heated stuff.

For me, it's DT.

With Roby cementing his spot, AA most likely going to IR, & Morgan on his way to getting cut for inconsistency , the WR battle comes down to Toon or Tanner. I really could care less if, Toon or Tanner get placed on PS or makes the final 53. Either one that gets the last spot will probably be inactive most of the year and/or have minimal touches, even with an injury to a starter so I'm fine with whomever the coaches choose.

Whereas, DT has been a key issue for us to upgrade and so far through preseason has been the key to freeing up our DE's into one-on-one matchups. With Bunkley & Ellis now as solid starters, Hicks and someone else not named Swanson Miller (Ayodele, Walker, or Johnson) will be key backups in rotation and as injury insurance for our starters. I'm pulling for Walker cuz it's in vogue to pull for fresh meat that we have never seen before who knows how to dominate 3rd stringers.
