That, I don't know.
From various reports, approximately 75% of public school students in LA will be eligible for vouchers due to the fact that they go to schools rated "C" or lower. Of course, it will be years before that many spots are offered, but theoretically, A LOT of students will transfer to private schools--and we all know they are not going to go to Newman, Evangel, John Curtis, or Catholic.

U don't think small schools that get an influx of students would start athletics programs if they don't have them already?

The problem will be fixed...next year, I'd bet. Bad scar,ew up this year, however...bad, bad screw up.
