This. I said in an earlier thread that they don't offer premium services like LinkedIn or great advertising like google. These are key factors in increasing revenue growth. FB does not have either right now. The stock was overvalued and was hyped up by news.

Not sure if it's essential but families and friends across the world stay connected through FB. Not saying I believe in their valuation but FB isn't worthless as some of the comments in this thread imply. And I really have zero clue how to value their nearly billion members. The one thing that I'd love to be able to do with their data is be able to draw connections to people. Especially when traveling to foreign countries. Being able to know a persons positions and his connection to a separate business that is bidding on a project would be huge. I bet FB could do that today. Businesses would pay millions for that yearly service, but once people found out they were selling that data people would bail quickly. Or maybe not. Some people just don't care.
