I'm done with Costa. Their products really aren't any good compared to others and the only thing that sets them apart is the lenses. My frames are so stretched out after 3 months and they feel so cheap. I for one am never buying Costas again.
Only people who wear them up here are tourists. The brand loyalty and popularity seems to be a regional thing

I used to wear nothing but Oakleys in HS for baseball and Costas are 10x better.
I had Easton sunglasses for ball back in the day

From what I remember, they got big at LSU between 2002 and 2005. Pretty much exploded after that
I have seen so many pairs just shatter when they go near the ground, that I wouldn't ever think of buying them.
I stick with Maui Jim Typhoons for driving/fishing, and Ray Bans for working around the house or some other type of manual labor
I have been wanting a pair with the Maui Rose or HCL Bronze lenses for a while. I think my next pair will be the Island Time

Those prolly would be categorized as FAF. Might have to find a pair and bring em back.

Smith Optics, Native, Maui Jims and Oakleys. Hell, half the guides I know wear the no name $30 specials you get at the fishing shop.

Shimano makes Calcutta sunglasses that are almost just as good for fishing as costas. The only difference is that the lenses are plastic as opposed to Costa which are glass. They retail for about 20-25 bucks.

I've got a pair of Wave Killer II's on right now that still have the old logos on the ams. They're at least 10 years old. I had lost them for 6 years, but when my dad traded in his truck, they were in one of the compartments. One of the lenses is cracked. Gotta send them back.
