Not that I necessarily agree... and not that I searched to see if this has been posted already...
But I hear the Bricks and Tracey's have damn good wings...
Bayou Hot Wings' sauces are too sweet and wings get too soggy IMO.
Looking to try Finger Lickin & Jazzy...
Any other joints worth mentioning around town?

I like the ones at Cooter Browns - the sauce has a little sweetness to it that I like.

didn't know The Bricks served food.
Manchu is worth mentioning I guess. Not sure if they have traditional buffalo style though. Chicken is pretty low quality and it's greasy as hell and the place is disgusting. Cheap as frick though.
And isn't the one on Claiborne called Wing Snack?

I understand the craze over wings. You have to do a lot of work for a little piece of meat. I wouldn't be able to get full if it werent for the celery.

DNW, at work.
But I can say that the best wings I've had in NOLA so far, are at Bruno's on Maple St.

Negative on Tracy's. They are not the worst I've had, and they'll do in a pinch, but they don't belong in this discussion. I've had better wings from a freezer bag of Tyson's.

I didn't care for the Wing Snack. I waited 30 minutes for my wings and I found them to be TINY and expensive. They weren't juicy at all. The ghetto punch is legit though.
