There is a place next to Caribe (looking at Robinson's Island) that has really good charbroiled oysters...I think it is called Cobalt.

Also, Sea & Suds has Oysters, not really sure if they grill them there as I have only had them raw.

thanks for the feedback. I looked at the menus for papa roccos and original oyster house and didn't see chargrilled/broiled oysters, but i may have missed something.

A place called EAT! The raw and chargrilled oysters are all you can eat and cooked to perfection!

The Chef/Owner is renowned and has been asked as 1 of ten from the gulf region to attend the olympics in London to promote Gulf Seafood.

Oysters are always there as long as they're available.

EAT! Is a Buffett style but it's gourmet food. The items are replenished often and te foods are exceptional. Fillet topped with crab, triggerfish paneed with chili-lime, blackened redfish, scallop pasta, fried shrimp, fried fish, and oysters. The foods are definitely not typical buffet and best part is the restaurant is BYOB. Try it and thank me later.

The oysters were shucked 10 feet from the table and were ice cold and huge.

The chargrilled oysters were perfect.
