I juat bought the new game on Xbox and they screwed it up again with the rosters. I don't even see Blue and they have Hilliard as a FB. Plus many other mistakes. Will they ever get it right?

Probably not
Don't feel bad..one of my brothers friends is a linebacker for MSU (white guy, about 6'2 225) They have him as a 5'10 235 pound black guy

I think you are right

You can thank that dickhead from Nebraska(I think) a few years back that sued EA Sports for using his sorry arse likeness. They can't do accurate rosters anymore. Just download them like normal folk.

i think they do some of this based off what they were at the beginning cause 12 was the same way they had Ware with 16 and at fullback and he played full back the year before at the beginning some...Or maybe they do hate LSU and they are a bunch fuk ups
mine as well look for a uploaded roster online and fix all of them

Does this mean he is going to redshirt?

it technically doesn't have any current NCAA players

Yeah, how dare these players complain that EA, Microsoft, and the NCAA make millions off their likeness and not compensate them one bit. Selfish bastards!

What happened to the days when it was just "cool" to even be on a video game? I hate that this generation is always looking for an easy buck at someone else's expense. EA puts in the time and work to make the best simulation of college football they can, and douches like Sam Keller want to take that away from them. When you attend college on an athletic scholarship, you consent to the university using your "likeness" in a reasonable way (i.e. billboards, advertisements, etc.) Does EA Sports not have to go through each university on the game to gain their permission to use the stadiums/uniforms/other trademarked university items? In this scope of things, how does a players likeness fall outside these boundaries?

There are limitations in the code that prevent them from putting in 6 starting tailbacks.

Oh, I didn't know college football players owned the jersey number given to them or the rights to being black or white. That's all EA uses. Btw, EA, the NCAA & Microsoft are doing just fine now I imagine.

Do they sign this type of waiver when they enroll in the university? And would this be within what the NCAA would deem "reasonable" after Keller's case?
I would like LSU's players accurately represented but the big corporations like EA and the NCAA have to find ways to cover their backsides.
Lawsuits are expensive.

Honestly, how many times a game do you change out you running back? Just alter a guy or create a new player if it means that much to you.

If I am going to pay $60 for something, I expect it to be accurate. This is why they need to quit coming out with a game every year, release yearly updates and fix thier issues before they release another one.

What don't you understand about they can't be too accurate? You can thank Sam Keller for that. Send him a tweet or something.
