Depth at center and middle linebacker a concern? Who are our backups there?

Linebacker is our perenial weakness. However, in 2 years we will not be talking about being weak there since we finally had a good linebacker haul in 2011. Its just ashame all those 5 star linebackers we offered in 2010 and 2011 didn't want to play in the big league with the big boys. Like that guy who is wallowing in mediocrity at Ole Miss. Our DL and DB's will take up the slack while our freshman LB's get up to speed.

Correct. PJ Lonergan spoke highly of his progress this spring on AFR.
Behind Minter is D.J. Welter. At least that is what the printed depth chart will say. I think having Welter & Muncie, as backups, (along with the youngins) makes for a decent core. Welter and Muncie have been in the program a few years so at least they'll know what theyre roles are if needed.
