quote:My first viewing was the original Dragon Ball episodes. Goku's first great ape transformation, meeting Yamcha and Bulma, etc. Follow that up with tournament fight vs. Tien.
My first ever viewing of DBZ was at the end of the Cell Saga, and it blew my mind. Then the whole series was replayed again.
The one I remember most vividly though is the Frieza saga. Goku's appearance to save Gohan and destroy the Ginyu Force, the first appearance of Super Saiyan. Hard to top that.

I'm gonna jump right in here and say that DBZ is one of my favorite shows of all time and certainly my favorite anime. I was also a fan of the original DragonBall, several of the Gundam series most notably Gundam Wing, and Evangelion to name a few.
I had no idea that there were 18 movies. I've seen a good bit of them over the years, but not nearly that many. I'll be interested to see what the story is on this new one
As for the rankings, Frieza and Cell sagas run a tight race for me. I also thought the first Goku/Vegeta fight is on the best in the entire franchise.
