Cocoa nibs will be good. Add a little vanilla extract as well to really bring it out (or a vanilla bean).

Well, today my brew kit is coming in for the AHB Summer Crisp IPA All-Grain. I will be smacking my wyeast pack tonight, and sanitizing all my equipment. Tomorrow i will make a starter, and Sunday is brew day.

First all-Grain batch. Can't wait.

I was thinking that if you threw in cocoa nibs or something with a little bitterness that would take the place of the roasty aspect that the BP would bring to the table.
