I've never had a chance to eat nutria.
Heard that it's just like rabbit meat. I'd try it.

I have eaten gar balls. They were ground, and mixed with so much potatoes, that they could have fed me anything and I wouldn't have noticed.

Yound dilla. Wasn't bad, but it got to my head and I had to stop.

Someone told me just yesterday, that northern cultures bury dead animals whole for a month or so, go back and dig them up and eat them raw.
I couldn't make up my mind on the BS factor.

I had nutria sausage and it wasn't bad. I'll stick to pork and deer though. Don't really get into eating all that exotic crazy stuff.

Bison. I had some a tribe cooked in a hole in the ground in Wyoming. Very sweet tasting.

Bobcat

It was very stringy and tough along with a foul flavor. The meat was cooked over an open flame with no seasoning added. I wouldn't try it again unless I was as hungry as I was when I tried it the first time.
