I have the opportunity to go to Africa often. I've eaten several exotic meats, including zebra, crocodile, ostrich, eland, etc. All were fairly tasty, some more than others.

Had kangaroo meat but I was on a US Navy ship after a Sydney port visit. "Galley food"!! Them restaurant beef steaks in Sydney were outstanding tho.

Conch spine. Spaghetti like gelatin noodle. I ate it on a cruise to the Bahamas. A conch restaurant was part of a tour. The spine was advertised as an afrodisiac so and I wanted to have myself on video eating! ....my wife was pregnant before we got back to the cruise liner!!!!!!!
