Grilled (or boiled) shrimp tacos with avocado and a lemon/lime onion/pepper chutney, served in soft tortilla.

Leftover shrimp?
Does not compute. However, if they're boiled, chop em into a shrimp salad, warm them up and make tacos, enchiladas, etc. with them, or just leave them cold and get a bowl of cocktail sauce and go to town.
However, I do not believe leftover shrimp actually exists.
