You posted a bit about Curbside, but not the others. Other than taste, what makes Brewbackers and Mugshots decent burgers? Were they undercooked, not a lot of flavor, etc? I've had a Dearmans more than once. Very good burger. I've always like Roul's, but no comparison to Dearmans in my opinion.

Brewbachers is just a dry burger IMO....I put it in the "decent" category, because it is edible, just simply nothing special that seperates itself as one of Baton Rouge's better burgers.

Mugshots, falling in the same "decent burger" category as Brewbachers, is a lot closer than Brewbachers to being in the "good" category. Their burger actually has a decent flavor, it's just not on the same level as places like Dearman's/Curbside/RiversidePatty.

My main mission here is to find the burgers that really stand out....those that are truly "excellent burgers." (the best of the best)....Some of the ones below excellent are hard to categorize IMO, because I'm really trying to seperate the truly excellent burgers from everyone else.
